Clerk of the Court
This is the official tasked with issuing the Small Claims Court Summonses and assisting the public before and after the hearing.
Before the hearing the Clerk assists in starting the matter by way of the Letter of Demand and after that, the Summons.
After the matter, the Clerk can assist one in enforcing the judgment.
