The Plaintiff

This is the party instituting the claim.  He or she usually sits or stands at the front of the court where the court (that is the Commissioner) indicates.

The Plaintiff has the duty to present evidence and call witnesses to prove his or her claim.  He or she must usually prove the claim to be successful and get an order against the defendant.
